We are seeking a dynamic and resourceful Account-Based Marketing Strategist & Project Coordinator to support the account-based marketing department. In this role, you will co-lead the account-based marketing department, work closely with various departments, and facilitate client interactions. You will also receive training in consultancy and strategy work, contributing to high-level business decisions and project management. The ideal candidate will have a background in digital marketing, business development, and project management, with a keen ability to drive projects forward and deliver results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Account-Based Marketing & Business Development:
- Manage and lead elements of account-based marketing efforts for our business and key clients: Kesia Group, PILZ, and Aeria Apartments.
- Collaborate with the Sales Director and team members to generate and manage lead lists, ensuring they are accurate and up-to-date.
- Execute and monitor marketing campaigns, providing real-time updates and feedback to clients.
- Manage client communication channels, ensuring timely and organized responses.
- Client management calls and presentations
- You’ll be trained on digital marketing strategies in order to run training for clients
- Research & Analysis:
- Perform in-depth research on industry trends, competitors, and market opportunities to inform strategic decisions.
- Develop and refine customer personas based on research findings to enhance campaign targeting and effectiveness.
- Prepare comprehensive reports summarizing research findings and providing actionable recommendations.
- Project Management:
- Coordinate and manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all stakeholders are aligned and deadlines are met.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, outlining milestones, timelines, and deliverables.
- Work closely with internal teams, freelancers, and clients to gather requirements, provide updates, and ensure project goals are met.
- Consultancy & Strategy Support for Discovery calls:
- Host discovery calls with prospects where you ask informative questions to see if we are a good fit to work together
- Receive training in consultancy and strategy development, contributing to high-level business discussions for discovery calls.
- Assist in the preparation of proposal decks, client presentations, and other strategic materials.
- Operational Support:
- Manage LinkedIn activities for the Sales Director and other key stakeholders, including prospecting, content engagement, and tracking outreach efforts.
- Oversee the preparation and organization of sales calls, ensuring all necessary information and materials are ready.
- Lead Management & Campaign Execution:
- Conduct lead scraping and data cleansing, ensuring the quality and accuracy of lead lists.
- Set up and manage email campaigns, including list segmentation, workflow design, and performance monitoring.
- Regularly update and maintain lead databases to ensure current and relevant information for ongoing campaigns.
- Quality Control & Continuous Improvement:
- Regularly review and improve processes related to project management, lead management, and campaign execution.
- Identify areas for improvement within workflows, implementing solutions to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Conduct post-campaign analyses to identify successes and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization in future campaigns.
