We are looking for an Account Manager based in Cape Town! Working Type: 1st Month (In-Office), Thereafter this will be Hybrid (X1 day in Office) Budget: R30 000 - R35 000 EE (Preferred)

About this position

Main Responsibilities:

Account Management:

    Manage blue-chip brands to support the Client Service Director (CSD).

Day-to-Day Client Management:

  • Handle new client briefs, manage agency internal processes, present work, and compile budgets, forecasts, strategic capabilities, and insights.
  • Collaborate with the CSD and independently manage the annual marketing plan.


    Facilitate collaboration between client departments, international offices, and Client Service Dept teams for mutual growth and value.

Sales-Minded Approach:

    Evaluate incoming 3D studio inquiries, distinguish hot/cold leads, and secure approved quotes.

Youthful Mindset:

    Stay connected to current youth trends, demonstrate tech-savviness, and understand social connectedness, purchasing behaviors, and cultural influences.

Project/Campaign Management:

    Oversee end-to-end project management, from Campaign Strategy & Creative to POS Design & Production to Guidelines Development, Installations, Events, Shoots, and Digital Apps.

Varied Target Audience:

    Navigate a diverse target audience (shoppers and consumers) with a focus on retail, sales, and brand creation/maintenance.


    Adapt to varying levels of activity and adjust strategies accordingly.

Attention to Detail:

    Demonstrate a critical mindset, question clients and the Senior agency team, and uphold honesty.


Interpersonal Skills:

    Exceptional ability to build relationships with clients, agencies, and third parties.
