Our client is seeking a dynamic and passionate storyteller with exceptional digital channel management and communication skills to join our team as a Digital Content Manager. CTC: R35 000 - R55 000 p/m. Location: CPT (hybrid) but open to remote
- Develop and execute an innovative digital content marketing strategy in close collaboration with the head of marketing and our Co-Founders/Co-CEOs. Together, we will shape and prioritize the content assets that align with our business goals.
- Take charge of our content calendar, ensuring a steady flow of engaging content that captures our brand's voice and resonates with our target audience.
- Draft compelling content across various digital platforms, including captivating feature articles, thought-provoking op-eds, engaging newsletters, informative blog articles, briefing documents, video scripts, SEO/SEM, paid media, and social media content.
- Be the driving force behind content ideation and creation, ensuring that Flow's narrative, tone of voice, and key messages shine through in every piece of content we produce.
- Find innovative ways to repurpose our existing content, maximizing its value
- Edit and proofread content at different stages of the production lifecycle, ensuring impeccable grammar, style, and clarity.
- Adapt long-form content for our various communication channels
- Build and execute impactful email campaigns, from crafting templates to audience segmentation, testing, scheduling, quality assurance, and deployment.
- Conduct research and analysis projects to deepen our brand narrative and establish thought leadership through primary research.
- Engage in blue-sky brainstorming sessions, coming up with creative campaigns that captivate both our existing clients and potential prospects.
- Manage the ongoing maintenance and updating of client facing content ● Pro-actively monitor the performance of digital channels and suggest improvements
- Review, analyze and report on all campaigns providing detailed ROIs and key learnings and suggested improvements for future initiatives.
A completed degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field is required.
Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing, BA in Communications, BA in English, or a Copywriting qualification.
Digital Marketing experience and knowledge of paid media is essential.
You should have a minimum of 4-5 years of experience in Digital Marketing and Communication.
Previous experience in relevant industries such as Advertising, AdTech, or Real Estate is highly desirable.

● Proficiency in editing content for different target audiences and formats, adapting your style as needed.
● Experience building and managing multi-channel campaigns to amplify content reach and impact.
● Familiarity with communication management platforms like Mailchimp and Intercom
● SEO/SEM experience and knowledge of SEO/SEM best practices
● Expertise in using Google Workspace tools
● A self-starter mentality with the ability to juggle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
● Strong attention to detail, combined with a creative, flexible, and hands-on approach.
● A strategic and organized mindset, capable of planning and executing content initiatives that drive results.
