- Champion the dual imperatives of quality and speed, understanding that in the digital age, rapid iterations and A/B testing are as crucial as the visuals themselves.
- Oversee the entire creative process, from ideation to final execution, ensuring both aesthetic excellence and timely delivery.
- Lead and inspire the creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and innovation.
- Manage creative project traffic, ensuring smooth workflows and timely deliveries while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Liaise effectively with the marketing and product teams, ensuring alignment of creative output with brand and business objectives.
- Coordinate with local videographers, guiding the entire video production process.
- Balance the demands of hands-on creative work, such as camera handling, with the strategic leadership responsibilities.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Marketing, or a related field will be advantageous, but not mandatory.
- A robust portfolio showcasing a blend of creative prowess and results-driven campaigns.
- Prior experience in traffic management and leading creative teams.
- Proven ability to maintain and enhance team dynamics and relationships.
- Hands-on experience with camera handling and directing photo shoots.
- Familiarity with performance marketing tactics and strategies.
- Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
- German fluency would be an advantage, but not a requirement.
