We are seeking a highly organised and customer-oriented Customer Relationship Manager to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and a solid understanding of Google Ads. This role will involve managing a portfolio of self-storage clients and ensuring their complete satisfaction.

Budget: £988 - £2128 p/m
Location: 100% remote
Contract Length: 12-months (Rolling) - simulating a permanent contract for a UK business
Contract Type: Full-time Contract
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout their experience.
- Manage client accounts within our CRM system (Podio).
- Continuously improve and optimise client relationship management processes.
- Manage up to 50 clients eventually, with a focus on templated ways of working across clients.
Qualifications:
- 3-6 years of experience in customer relationship management or a related field.
- Proven knowledge and experience with Google Ads.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Podio, Outlook, and Zoom.
- A friendly and approachable personality
