About this position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute paid social media marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution, including planning, setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting across various social media platforms.
  • Conduct thorough market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and competitive landscape to inform campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define campaign goals, KPIs, and performance metrics.
  • Create and implement audience segmentation strategies for social media campaigns.
  • Utilise programmatic platforms to manage bidding, targeting, and creative optimization.
  • Monitor campaign performance and analyze data to identify opportunities for improvement and make data-driven decisions.
  • Conduct A/B testing and implement ongoing optimization strategies to maximize campaign performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new social media marketing technologies, and best practices.
  • Provide regular reports and analysis on campaign performance, including key insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with creative teams to develop compelling ad creative and messaging for social media campaigns. 

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Performance Marketer with a focus on paid social media marketing.
  • Strong understanding of social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn) and their advertising capabilities.
  • Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting marketing data, including experience with analytics and tracking tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Facebook Insights, AdWords).
  • Experience with A/B testing and optimization strategies to improve campaign performance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Creative thinking and the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in programmatic and social media marketing.
