Here you will be responsible and accountable to produce art layouts through conceptualising, designing, and delivering outstanding creative print and artwork in line with the brief supplied for multiple business unit properties, including artwork for various marketing campaigns with the aim of creating, entertaining and inspiring campaigns that create energy and momentum and that are relevant, engaging and interactive.

EE Position
Responsibilities:
- Collaboration: Work with copywriters and agencies to prioritize briefs and promotional requests.
- Design Execution: Create and manage the visual aspects of marketing campaigns, ensuring fresh and engaging content.
- Concept Development: Facilitate brainstorming sessions and construct conceptual design plans for various promotions.
- Graphic Design: Design and produce high-quality graphics, selecting appropriate audio, video, colors, and animations.
- Project Management: Oversee the entire design process from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to gather feedback, resolve queries, and maintain relationships.
- Reporting: Provide updates to management on project progress and challenges.
- Innovation: Continuously research and propose new design techniques and concepts aligned with business needs.
- Quality Assurance: Ensure all final products meet quality standards before distribution.
- File Management: Maintain best practices for organizing and versioning graphic files.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree / Diploma in Graphic design or similar
- Presentation of an artistic portfolio
- 5 years experience in print and digital design, preferably obtained in an agency
- Additional experience in DTP is an advantage
- Experience using Adobe CS; Office for Mac; Photoshop; Indesign; Illustrator
