About this position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Bringing the brief and concept to life based on the client’s needs and vision.
  • Keeping time and production constraints in mind.
  • Preparing mockups and presenting to clients before deciding on a final design/concept.
  • Editing proofs to client’s specifications and getting sign off/approval before finalizing artwork.
  • Working and collaborating with creative director, copywriters, photographers, and other designers.
  • Adapting and rolling out approved concepts to various media, above and below the line.
  • Adhering to a client’s brand identity and guidelines.
  • Communicating with internal and external stakeholders about the progress of projects and any issues that may arise.
  • Working with external departments to extend concepts and visuals to other internal and external marketing-related material.
  • Making sure artwork is correct and supplied in the right format/sizes/color codes before being sent to press and production facilities.
  • Working on multiple briefs at the same time.
  • Conceptualizing ideas and completing work within budget and on deadline.
  • Achieving or exceeding relevant objectives based on briefs and input from clients.
  • Successfully managing the entire process from brief to final artwork.
  • Building trust with colleagues, clients, and production companies such as printers.
  • Staying up to date with industry trends to keep ahead of competitors.
  • Producing consistently excellent visual work.
  • Producing a host of ideas, selecting the best ones, and selling them to the other members of the team and to clients.
  • Communicating productively with management and clients to keep them up-to-date with project milestones.
  • Creating direction for projects.
  • Liaising with clients to determine their requirements, timescale, and budget.
  • Managing client proposals from typesetting through to graphic design, print, and production.
  • Working with clients’ ideas and managing their expectations.
  • Developing concepts, graphics, and layouts, including making decisions about fonts, images, readability, and readers’ needs.
  • Determining size and arrangement of copy and illustrative material, as well as font style and size.
  • Preparing rough drafts of material based on an agreed brief.
  • Keeping clients up to date, listening to and acting on feedback, and explaining the rationale behind graphic design decisions.
  • Reviewing final layouts and suggesting improvements if required.
  • Keeping up to date with design and software trends.
  • Liaising with external printers or production teams to ensure deadlines are met and material is printed or presented to the highest quality.


  • Knowledge of Video Production Process and Photography Process.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Suite.
  • Familiarity with Video & Photo Equipment, Digital Video Cameras, and Digital Cameras.
  • Understanding of Video Streaming/Web-Based Video (Vimeo, YouTube, etc.).
  • Knowledge of Audio Recording for use in Video Production.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Effective communication and client management abilities.
  • Familiarity with project management tools (, TMetric).
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Adherence to ethical guidelines and safety procedures.
  • Time management and ability to meet deadlines.
