The Role:

As a Marketing Automations Developer at our client, your expertise in marketing automations and API integrations will be crucial in crafting sophisticated marketing automations that streamline and enhance our lead generation processes. You will focus on developing elegant user interfaces that facilitate seamless interaction and engagement through automated lead qualification workflows. Your responsibilities will include

  • User Interface Development: Design engaging landing pages and lead-qualifying surveys to effectively nurture leads. Your role involves creating user-friendly interfaces for email and SMS campaigns, utilising AI to enhance personalisation and user engagement.
  • API Integration: Utilise your expertise in JavaScript, PHP, and JSON/XML to integrate APIs and create advanced automation systems. Your work will streamline data flow across various platforms, significantly boosting the efficiency and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns.
  • Automation Optimisation: Enhance CRM automations and interactive tools, like decision tree surveys, using technologies such as Twilio API for SMS campaigns and Ringba for call tracking. Your efforts will focus on refining these systems to improve lead qualification and effectively engage users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Conduct ongoing testing, monitoring, and refinement of interfaces and automations, using analytical insights to drive enhancements and innovate new solutions.

The Role:

  • User Interface Development: Design and implement engaging landing pages and lead-qualifying surveys to nurture leads effectively. Develop user-friendly interfaces utilising AI to enhance personalisation and engagement.
  • Integrations: Develop and manage seamless integrations between diverse marketing platforms using JavaScript, JSON/XML Webhooks, and APIs. This ensures a fluid exchange of data across our marketing ecosystem, enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our campaigns.
  • Automation: Develop and manage complex workflows for email, SMS and AI voice campaigns to enhance customer interaction and increase conversion rates.
  • CRM Development: Oversee and refine CRM processes within GHL (Go High Level), focusing on optimising customer interactions and data management through advanced automation and strategic analytics.
  • Lead Qualification: Design decision tree surveys with API integrations for effective lead qualification, focusing our efforts on high-potential prospects.
  • Testing: Conduct A/B and multivariate tests, analysing outcomes to refine and optimize marketing strategies continually.
  • Innovation: Stay updated on marketing technology trends to incorporate new tools and methods into our tech stack, driving innovation.
  • Troubleshooting: Quickly address technical issues within marketing automations and integrations, ensuring smooth campaign execution.
  • Collaboration: Work with teams across departments to ensure marketing campaigns are aligned with overall company goals and strategies.
  • Education: Support and train the marketing team in using new technologies and tools, enhancing their effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Analytics: Design and implement comprehensive analytics reports using Google Sheets Apps Scripts, Airtable, and other tools to track and assess the effectiveness of automation and integration strategies, delivering actionable insights for continuous improvement.


  • Minimum of 3 years' experience in a front end developer role, with a significant focus on automations and API integrations.
  • Proficient in JavaScript with additional any other programming skills highly regarded for crafting versatile solutions.
  • Experience in web design, Wordpress and building personal web applications is advantageous, showcasing a hands-on understanding of user experience and technical implementation.
  • Experience with Google Sheets & Google Apps Scripts is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated expertise in API integrations, with a solid grasp of various data formats such as JSON, XML, and HTTP protocols for webhooks, facilitating robust and versatile data exchange and automation across multiple platforms.
  • Expertise in CRM platforms (Ideally GHL), for optimising marketing processes.
  • Ability to work autonomously, effectively managing time and excelling in both office and remote environments.
  • Highly self-motivated with a commitment to continuous learning, constantly seeking to update skills and knowledge to stay at the forefront of technical marketing innovations.
  • Excellent communication skills, ensuring clear and concise idea relay and collaboration.
  • Quick learner, capable of executing tasks at a high level with speed and precision.
  • Generally reachable and responsive to client inquiries and team communications via platforms like Slack, with reasonable off-hours engagement.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, ensuring accuracy before submitting campaigns for review.
  • Skilled in problem-solving, offering efficient solutions to issues as they arise.
  • Well-versed in Google products including Gmail, Drive, Docs, Sheets, with bonus points for Looker Studio proficiency.
  • Bonus points for experience with communication and marketing tools like Twilio, Ringba, Everflow, Leadbyte, and GHL
