About this position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creation of marketing campaigns and activities for all brands.
  • Supporting, assisting, and executing marketing campaigns in collaboration with the creative department.
  • Liaising with relevant internal teams for the rollout and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Strategizing around current marketing activities and improvement methods, both independently and with the board of directors.
  • Assisting and leading the creative team in new brand development and new product development.
  • Tracking and compiling marketing budget spend for brands.
  • Compiling marketing presentations for internal and external stakeholders and occasionally presenting them.
  • Content and copywriting for marketing campaigns and email notices.
  • Planning, coordinating, and executing event management, competitions, programs, and other marketing-related activities.
  • Liaising and maintaining relationships with marketing department suppliers.
  • Supporting brand partners' marketing KPIs i.e marketing programs.
  • Handling digital marketing activities including website management, online selling portals, and social media oversight.
  • Managing the creative team by providing internal briefs, overseeing menu designs, and managing approvals.
  • Shopping for items required for marketing events, campaigns, gifting, and supplier events.
  • Sourcing and ordering merchandise items through suppliers.
  • Supporting sales representatives with client marketing-related queries and required support.
  • Booking and managing client photoshoots for key accounts.
  • Loading and sending out all email marketing/communication to staff and clients.
  • Loading email banners and signatures.
  • Submitting payments of all marketing department transactions to Finance.
  • Filing all marketing department records (suppliers, transactions, campaigns, etc.).
  • Taking initiative to organize internal employee team-building and appreciation efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing campaign creation and execution.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience in digital marketing, including website management and social media.
  • Proficiency in copywriting and content creation.
  • Event management experience is a plus.
  • Familiarity with budget tracking and financial management processes.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Leadership skills to support and lead a creative team.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp.
  • Knowledge of marketing analytics and reporting tools.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in handling records and transactions.
  • Proactive attitude with a willingness to take initiative and drive projects forward.
