About this position

Main Responsibilities:

  • Creative Execution: Conceptualize and execute high-quality creative solutions for clients, considering the overall strategy, and adhering to allocated time and budget constraints.
  • Digital Expertise: Demonstrate strong knowledge of digital platforms and tools, with essential experience in Digital Art Direction. Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro is mandatory.
  • Collaborative Conceptualization: Collaborate with copywriters to conceptualize and execute creative ideas that maintain brand consistency across various channels and platforms, following a TTL (Through-The-Line) approach.
  • Briefing and Art Direction: Develop creative briefs and art direct illustrators, photographers, and photoshoots. Coordinate with production and repro teams, especially in the areas of retouching and final make-ups.
  • Flexibility: Adapt to a flexible approach, contributing your expertise to various projects, including new business pitches.
  • Client Relations: Understand client strategies, business problems, and briefs. Translate these into creative solutions and executions while ensuring alignment with the clients' corporate identities and needs.
  • Presentation Skills: Deliver presentations to pitch creative concepts to Account Managers and clients.
  • Quality Assurance: Craft and finish artwork to the highest possible standard for specific projects. Provide feedback and review the work of junior team members when required.
  • Time Management: Liaise with the Traffic Department to ensure job deadlines are adhered to, maintaining a sense of urgency in project execution.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of art directing experience at an advertising agency.
  • Strong digital expertise, including proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, and Premiere Pro.
  • Ability to collaborate with copywriters and maintain brand consistency.
  • Excellent briefing and art direction skills, including coordination with production and repro teams.
  • Flexibility and adaptability to various project types.
  • Strong client relationship management skills.
  • Effective presentation skills.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work on time.
