Freelance Multimedia/Roll-Out Designer

Main Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the Multimedia Design team to create captivating designs for various digital channels, including web, apps, mobile, mailers, digital publications, social media, and animations/GIFs.
• Stay up-to-date with current design trends and emerging technologies, pushing the boundaries of our designs.
• Manage the end-to-end delivery of design briefs, ensuring timely and precise execution while meeting specifications.
• Present creative concepts to clients in an engaging and logical manner.
• Assist the broader design team as needed, contributing to their workload.
• Effectively manage your time to meet deadlines and deliver excellence under pressure.
• Provide training and mentorship to team members as required.
• Maintain a consistent visual identity and brand look and feel across all deliverables to enhance the consumer experience.
• Translate client strategies and briefs into creative design solutions with a digital-first approach.

Qualifications:

• 4 years of experience as a digital designer.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite applications (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Adobe XD).
• Experience with Animation, HTML, Hype 4.0, After Effects, Premiere Pro, Invision, and Sketch is advantageous.
• Strong ability to conceptualize and create wireframes and fully designed creative rollouts.
• Passion for web design, user experience, and user interface design.
• Exceptional attention to detail and consistency.
• Proactive and autonomous work style.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Enthusiastic and willing to go the extra mile, including after-hours work when necessary
