Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategies to cultivate relationships with retail media teams and head of e-commerce at multinational brands.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their unique challenges and objectives, and aligning the clients solutions to address their needs.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful implementation and deployment of solutions, providing ongoing support and guidance to clients.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, managing communications, negotiations, and escalations as needed.
  • Drive revenue growth by expanding client accounts, upselling additional services, and identifying new business opportunities.
  • Participate in product design and development initiatives, providing valuable insights and feedback to enhance the clients offerings.


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or equivalent preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in a client-facing role within the e-commerce or retail industry, with a focus on business development and relationship management.
  • Deep understanding of e-commerce strategies, retail media, and digital marketing trends.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence key stakeholders.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute complex business plans.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Experience working with multinational brands and retailers is highly desirable.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with a high degree of autonomy.
