We are looking for a Senior Paid Media Specialist. You will be responsible for leading the Paid team in planning, managing, and executing advanced Paid strategies for the Company and its clients. Additionally, you will ensure alignment with the Company’s strategic goals, provide mentorship to team members, and foster collaboration across departments.

Working Type: Hybrid, 3 days in-office (Tuesday - Thursday)

Main Responsibilities:
- Data-Driven Performance Analysis: Leverage analytics tools to monitor campaign performance, conduct A/B testing, and produce actionable insights and reports that drive campaign improvements.
- Client Engagement and Strategy: Partner with clients to understand business goals, present tailored strategies and results, and provide strategic recommendations based on industry trends and campaign data.
- Team Leadership and Collaboration: Lead and mentor team members, collaborate with cross-functional departments (e.g., SEO, content, design), and contribute to a positive, learning-focused environment.
- Budget Management: Oversee and optimise budget allocation to ensure efficient use of resources while maximising campaign performance.
- Strategic Campaign Management: Develop and implement paid media strategies across platforms like Google Ads, Meta, and LinkedIn. Ensure campaigns are continuously optimised to achieve KPIs and maximise ROI.

- Microsoft Suite: Teams, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and Outlook

- Paid Platforms: Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn, Bing Ads
