Working Type: Hybrid, 2 days per week in office

Contract duration: 12 Months

Main Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Management:
    • Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies aligned with overall business goals.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize campaign performance.
    • Set clear campaign objectives and KPIs (key performance indicators) to track success.
    • Manage budgets effectively, allocating resources across different channels and tactics.
  • Campaign Execution & Optimisation:
    • Oversee the execution of paid advertising campaigns across various platforms (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
    • Manage and optimize organic reach through SEO and social media marketing strategies.
    • Work collaboratively with creative teams to develop compelling ad copy and landing pages.
    • A/B test different campaign elements and landing pages to identify the most effective combinations.
    • Stay updated on the latest marketing technologies and platforms to identify new opportunities.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:
    • Utilise marketing analytics tools to track campaign performance, measure ROI, and identify areas for improvement.
    • Translate data insights into actionable recommendations for campaign optimization.
    • Generate regular reports to communicate campaign performance to stakeholders.
  • Teamwork & Leadership:
    • Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members.
    • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (sales, product, design) to achieve marketing goals.
    • Foster a data-driven culture within the marketing department.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
  • 5+ years of experience in performance marketing with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (paid search, social media advertising, display advertising, etc.).
  • Expertise in marketing analytics and data visualization tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau).
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and technologies.
