UX/UI Designer & Web Developer

Day-to-day Responsibilities:

• Conduct In-Depth Research: Dive deep into understanding the digital needs of our client base and target audience, ensuring that our website meets and exceeds their expectations. Your insights will be key in crafting a user-centric design.
• Market Analysis: Perform comprehensive market research to benchmark against competitors and explore innovations from other industries, helping our website stand out and remain competitive.
• Website Evaluation: Conduct thorough reviews of our current website to identify areas for improvement. Your keen eye for detail will help enhance both functionality and user engagement.
• Wireframe Development: Create detailed wireframes that outline the improved structure and navigation of our website. Ensure that all designs adhere to our brand guidelines, maintaining visual consistency and professionalism.
• Strategic Presentations: Present your innovative ideas and proposed improvements to the Head of Marketing and senior team, showcasing your strategic thinking and design expertise.
• Development and Testing: Bring your wireframes to life in a test environment, meticulously developing and rigorously testing the new website features to ensure they are fit for purpose before going live.
• Ongoing Maintenance: Maintain the website post-launch, checking for bugs, broken links, and page errors, ensuring a seamless user experience.
• Template Creation: Develop templates for the marketing team to use, fostering consistency and ease of content management in future projects.

Requirements:

The ideal candidate should possess strong research and analysis skills, process mapping capabilities, and the ability to organize and structure content effectively. Excellent verbal and written communication, creative thinking, problem-solving skills, and strong project management abilities are essential. The candidate should be a proactive and collaborative team player with a client-centric approach, capable of efficient coding, adhering to web development best practices, and focused on improving user experience and website aesthetics.

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in web design and UI/UX roles.
• Proven experience in designing client-facing websites, preferably within professional services.
• In-depth understanding of UX/UI principles and best practices.
• Proficiency in web development software, coding, and principles.
