Advertising Manager

Budget: up to R45,000 per month

Working Environment: Full time in office (core hours 9am - 4pm)

Location: Kuilsriver Cape Town

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Strategic & Marketing PlanningCampaign & Communication Execution
  • Contribute to marketing strategy development
  • Develop and implement creative, media, and channel plans
  • Manage seasonal activity calendars aligned to business priorities
  • Implement seasonal marketing plans across channels
  • Ensure alignment with corporate identity and brand positioning
  • Oversee end-to-end campaign execution from planning to post-analysis
  Process Management & Reporting
  • Manage marketing processes from promotional grid handover to campaign review
  • Compile management reports, brand reviews, and competitor analysis
  • Identify performance improvements and optimisation opportunities
  Leadership & Stakeholder Management
  • Manage marketing budgets and resource allocation
  • Lead and develop team members
  • Collaborate across multiple business units and stakeholders

Techncial Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree or National Diploma in Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years’ marketing experience
• Minimum 2 years’ management experience
• Retail industry experience essential
• Proven experience delivering marketing strategies aligned to business objectives
• Marketing strategy & campaign management
• Media planning and allocation
• Market research and competitor analysis
• Reporting and performance analysis tools
• MS Office Suite
