Advertising Specialist

Budget: up to R35,000 per month

Working Environment: Full time in office (core hours 9am - 4pm)

Location: Kuilsriver Cape Town

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Campaign Execution
  
  • Execute advertising operational plans aligned with the promotional grid
  • Coordinate campaigns across ATL, BTL, digital, PR, social, and direct marketing channels
  • Ensure brand and creative consistency across all touchpoints
  Reporting & Administration
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis and reporting
  • Manage campaign administration and approvals
  • Track budgets, invoices, and accruals accurately
  • Maintain campaign documentation and workflows
  Marketing Initiatives & Innovation
  • Drive competitions, activations, and engagement initiatives
  • Propose new campaign ideas and innovations quarterly
  • Support customer acquisition and engagement initiatives
  Stakeholder Collaboration
  • Work with internal teams, agencies, media partners, and finance
  • Manage cross-functional campaign alignment
  • Support creative production processes

Techncial Requirements & Qualifications:

• Degree or National Diploma in Marketing/Advertising or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years’ marketing or advertising experience
• Retail experience preferred
• Agency or in-house marketing experience advantageous
• Digital advertising & campaign coordination
• Marketing analytics and reporting 
• Monday.com, RMS, MS Office Suite
• Omnichannel marketing understanding
• CRM and customer engagement exposure
