We are seeking an experienced and strategic Client Service Director to join our team. The role is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services, and driving revenue growth. The successful candidate will lead account teams, develop strong client relationships, and oversee the implementation of client strategies, ensuring alignment between client objectives and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Relationship ManagementAccount Strategy and Planning
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, building and maintaining long-term relationships
    • Understand clients’ business goals, challenges, and needs to provide strategic guidance
    • Regularly meet with clients to review performance, address issues, and identify growth opportunities
    • Develop and implement client retention strategies to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty
    • Define and monitor metrics for upselling and cross-selling opportunities
    • Maintain a deep understanding of client industries to provide value-added insights
    • Communicate effectively with internal teams to align strategies and deliver client solutions
    • Develop and implement account strategies that align with client objectives and drive growth
    • Identify and pursue upselling and cross-selling opportunities
    • Collaborate with internal teams to deliver innovative and effective solutions
    Team Leadership and Development
    • Lead and mentor account teams, providing support and resources to succeed
    • Foster a collaborative and high-performance team culture
    • Conduct performance reviews, provide feedback, and support professional development
    Project Oversight and Delivery
    • Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of client projects on time, within scope and budget
    • Monitor project progress and resolve issues promptly
    • Ensure work quality meets or exceeds client expectations
    Financial Management
    • Manage account budgets and ensure profitability
    • Monitor and report on account financial performance (revenue, costs, profitability)
    • Develop strategies to optimise account financial performance
    Reporting and Analysis
    • Prepare and present regular reports on account performance to clients and senior management
    • Track KPIs related to client retention, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives
    • Analyse account metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement
    • Use data-driven insights to inform account strategies and decision-making

Technical Requirements:

  • Proven experience as an Account Director, Account Manager, or similar client-facing role
  • Experience managing and growing key client accounts
  • Experience leading and mentoring account teams
  • Knowledge of digital couponing and retail space highly beneficial
