Email & CRM Lifecycle Marketing & CleverTap Specialist
We are seeking a data-driven and collaborative Lifecycle Marketing & CleverTap Specialist to take ownership of segmentation, journey design, and campaign orchestration through CleverTap. This role plays a critical part in building and optimizing multi-channel campaigns aimed at activating, retaining, and growing our customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
- CleverTap Ownership
- Design, build, and optimize customer journeys using CleverTap's Campaign and Journey Builder
- Create and manage behavioural and property-based segments, triggered segments, and funnel targeting
- Track and manage customer cohorts across lifecycle stages
- Partner with Product & Engineering to define and support lifecycle event tracking schema
- Use CleverTap analytics to improve journey performance and conversion
Lifecycle & Campaign Management- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data teams to define lifecycle campaign strategies
- Execute multi-channel campaigns (Push, SMS, Email, In-App) with personalized, dynamic content
- Set up A/B tests and experiments to optimize engagement and retention
- Develop automated lifecycle journeys (e.g., onboarding, cart abandonment, win-back, payment reminders)
Analytics & Reporting- Report on open rates, click-throughs, conversions, and cohort retention
- Provide actionable insights and regular performance reports
- Maintain up-to-date documentation of journeys, segments, and logic
Cross-Functional Collaboration- Work with design and content teams to ensure brand-aligned messaging
- Partner with data/engineering teams to maintain clean data flows and tracking
- Act as CleverTap champion within the business -- sharing platform knowledge and best practices
Technical Requirements:
- 3+ years in CRM, retention, or lifecycle marketing
- Hands-on experience with CleverTap or similar platforms (Braze, MoEngage, Iterable)
- Deep understanding of segmentation, personalization, and journey orchestration
- Experience managing campaigns across push, SMS, email, and in-app messaging
- Strong analytical mindset with experience in funnel, cohort, and attribution analysis
- Familiarity with event tracking and behavioural triggers
- CleverTap (or equivalent)
- MS Office Suite
- Understanding of UTM parameters and event schema
- Bonus:
- SQL, Looker/Tableau/Power BI
