We’re looking for a dynamic, creative, and results-driven Social Media Manager to lead and execute our social strategy across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and X (formerly Twitter). This mid-tier role is ideal for someone who combines strong content instincts with a passion for storytelling, community engagement, and data-informed growth.

Working Type: Full time in office

Main Responsibilities:

  • Social Media Strategy & Execution
    • Manage and execute the content calendar across all key platforms
    • Align content with broader marketing campaigns, retail promotions, and seasonal priorities
    • Maintain brand consistency, tone, and visual identity across all social platforms
    Content Creation & Curation
    • Collaborate with designers and external creators to produce high-quality, on-brand content (video, static, reels, carousels)
    • Stay on top of platform trends and formats to drive engagement
    • Oversee community campaigns and influencer partnerships
    Community Management
    • Monitor and moderate comments, messages, and DMs across platforms
    • Cultivate authentic relationships with the online community and nurture brand loyalty
    Analytics & Reporting
    • Track and report performance across engagement, reach, sentiment, growth, and conversions
    • Optimise content using insights and test-and-learn strategies
    Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
    • Partner with content, design, and paid media teams
    • Collaborate with retailers and agencies to amplify co-branded initiatives
    • Contribute to internal comms and employer branding on LinkedIn

Technical Requirements:

  • 3–5 years of social media management experience (brand or agency)
  • Demonstrated success in managing consumer-facing brand accounts (preferably in retail, fintech, or e-commerce)
  • Strong copywriting and visual storytelling abilities
  • Data-literate with solid knowledge of performance benchmarks and reporting
  • Proficient in Meta Business Suite, TikTok, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
  • Experience with scheduling tools (e.g. Later, Hootsuite)
  • Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bonus:
    • Experience with influencer collaborations and UGC campaigns
