Freelance SDR (Sales Development Representative)

We are seeking an experienced part-time SDR to convert warm, pre-qualified prospects into booked meetings for the Head of Client Relations. Working within a structured outbound process, the successful candidate will engage senior UK-based decision-makers and use a consultative approach to secure qualified meetings. This is a fully remote, self-employed position requiring strong communication skills, organisation, and previous B2B outbound sales experience.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Outbound Calling & Appointment Setting

  • Work through prioritised call lists of warm, engaged prospects.
  • Conduct professional, consultative conversations with senior decision-makers.
  • Book qualified meetings for the Head of Client Relations.
  • Handle objections and rescheduling requests effectively.

CRM Administration & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate records of call outcomes and meeting activity.
  • Complete a brief daily admin process to log attended appointments.
  • Report prospect feedback, data issues, and pipeline blockers promptly.

Pipeline & Performance Management

  • Work towards agreed weekly activity and meeting targets.
  • Manage time effectively and operate independently.
  • Maintain confidentiality of prospect data, scripts, and internal systems.

Technical Requirements:

  • Minimum 3+ years' experience in B2B outbound calling, appointment setting, inside sales, or business development.
  • Experience engaging senior stakeholders such as Marketing Directors, Managing Directors, Founders, and Heads of Marketing.
  • Previous experience within marketing, professional services, SaaS, or agency environments preferred.
  • Experience selling services rather than products is advantageous.
  • Experience using CRM and sales engagement platforms.
  • Familiarity with ZoomInfo and Lemlist (or similar prospecting tools) preferred.
  • Proficiency with email and administrative tools.
  • Ability to work within structured outbound sequences and maintain accurate records.
