Our client is looking for a Growth Partner to join its strong and growing sales team. This role is focused on selling our client’s 1st Party Audience Marketplace solutions to media buying agencies and brands, helping advertisers access tailored retail and commerce data. The right individual will be able to hit the ground running, contribute to achieving annual budget goals, and embody a growth mindset. This is not an operational or resourcing role – it is a pure sales role with a strong focus on digital media and audience data solutions.

Main Responsibilities:

Drive SALES, SALES, SALES of the client’s 1st Party Audience Marketplace and campaign packages (including Woolworths and Zapper suppliers/merchants).
Build and manage a robust sales funnel, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads and closed deals.
Meet regularly with clients and media agencies to train, present, and optimise campaigns.
Ensure KPIs and budget targets are consistently met.
Manage client relationships, needs, and expectations while maintaining and growing business.
Report back on new learnings and market opportunities.
Represent us as a trusted partner in the retail media and commerce media space.

Technical Requirements:

3+ years’ experience in sales, specifically selling advertising or audience data solutions.
Strong network within media buying agencies and brand marketing teams.
Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
Proven track record of hitting and exceeding sales targets.
Proficiency in Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms.
Strong digital media knowledge across performance and brand campaigns
Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Google Docs.
Understanding of first-party data, retail media, and commerce media ecosystems.
Familiarity with international benchmarks (e.g., Kevel – ad software solutions for retailers).
