Hubspot Consultant (Contract)
Our client is seeking a HubSpot Consultant to support the delivery of HubSpot implementation, automation, reporting, and client support services for B2B clients across the UK, US, and Europe. This is a hands-on implementation role suited to someone who enjoys building within HubSpot while also engaging directly with clients. The successful candidate will work across multiple client accounts, supporting portal setup, workflow creation, reporting, pipeline configuration, and general HubSpot optimisation. This role is focused on practical HubSpot execution and client support rather than advanced development, API integrations, or complex RevOps consulting. The successful candidate should be comfortable advising clients on HubSpot best practices, training users, and delivering implementation projects independently.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
HubSpot Implementation & Platform Management
- Configure and optimise HubSpot portals
- Create and manage forms, lists, and lead capture processes
- Set up and maintain deal pipelines and lifecycle stages
- Support CRM configuration aligned with client requirements
- Maintain data quality and CRM structure
Marketing Automation & Campaign Support
- Build and manage HubSpot workflows
- Configure email nurture sequences and automated communications
- Support lead management and marketing automation processes
- Assist with campaign setup and optimisation within HubSpot
Reporting & Client Support
- Build and maintain standard HubSpot dashboards and reports
- Track key metrics including lead generation, form submissions, and pipeline activity
- Present reporting insights and recommendations to clients
- Support onboarding and training sessions for HubSpot users
Client Consulting & Account Support
- Attend client meetings and gather business requirements
- Recommend practical HubSpot solutions based on client needs
- Document project requirements and implementation plans
- Act as a trusted point of contact for day-to-day HubSpot support
- Escalate complex technical requirements when necessary
Technical Requirements:
- 2-5 years' hands-on experience using HubSpot
- Proven experience configuring and managing HubSpot portals
- Experience creating workflows, forms, lists, reports, and pipelines
- Strong understanding of marketing automation and CRM best practices
- Experience working with B2B clients
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
- Strong written and verbal English communication skills
- Comfortable working directly with UK-based clients
