Our client is looking for a driven, curious, and tech-savvy SEO & GEO Specialist to establish the company's dominance across both traditional search engines and AI-powered search platforms. This role will focus on improving organic search visibility, implementing technical SEO best practices, developing Generative Engine Optimisation (GEO) strategies, and positioning our client as the leading authority in golf glove technology within the US market

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Technical & On-Page SEO (US Shopify Store)

Conduct an immediate baseline SEO audit of our US Shopify site and execute high-priority technical fixes.
Ensure #1 rank dominance for all our brand-related searches on Google.
Perform ongoing on-page optimizations (title tags, meta descriptions, internal linking,image alt text, schema markup).

2. Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) & AI Presence

Test and optimize how AI platforms (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity) describe our and answer queries related to golf gloves.
Implement structured data and entity SEO so Large Language Models (LLMs) accurately represent our patented ZyntechTM Nanocell technology.

3. Content Strategy & Keyword Identification

Research high-intent search terms where we can win organic traffic.
Produce bi-weekly content briefs and ideation for copywriters and content creators to establish us as the ultimate authority on golf glove tech.

4. Backlink Strategy & Digital Footprint

Identify high-reputation sports, golf tech, and e-commerce websites for strategic backlink outreach and digital PR coverage.

5. Tracking & Reporting

Monitor technical health, keyword rankings, and organic traffic metrics daily during launch, moving to structured weekly performance reports.

Technical Requirements

1–3 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Experience with Shopify websites.
Strong understanding of technical SEO principles.
Familiarity with AI search platforms and emerging search trends.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Comfortable working directly with leadership in a fast-paced startup.
