Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop Brand and PR Strategies: Formulate innovative strategies to elevate the brand's presence, bolster brand equity, and drive towards financial targets. Your vision will guide our brand's narrative and public perception.
  • Creative Development: Lead the development of compelling communication assets that resonate with our target audience, ensuring consistency and adherence to best practices in messaging and design.
  • Social Media Management: Oversee our social media ecosystem, ensuring consistent engagement and impactful content that cuts through the noise of the digital landscape.
  • Market Automation: Implement personalized data communication strategies to enhance customer experiences and drive sales through targeted marketing efforts.
  • Market Analysis and Insights: Conduct in-depth market data analysis and consumer trend research to glean insights that inform strategic decision-making and campaign development.
  • Restaurant/Franchisor Environment: Deepen your understanding of the restaurant and franchisor landscape, leveraging this knowledge to tailor strategies that resonate with our diverse network of stakeholders.
  • Communication Channel Optimization: Identify and leverage the most effective traditional and digital marketing channels to maximize reach and impact.
  • Project Management: Oversee the execution of marketing initiatives from conception to completion, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Agency and Service Provider Management: Manage relationships with external partners, including agencies and service providers, overseeing day-to-day operations and negotiating legal agreements to ensure optimal performance and compliance.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Exercise fiscal discipline by meticulously managing budgets, forecasting expenditures, and optimizing resource allocation to maximize ROI and drive sustainable growth.

  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within the fast-food industry or related field is a definite plus, showcasing your ability to hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
