We’re looking for a skilled Digital Campaign Manager to join our team. This person will be responsible for implementing, managing, and optimising digital campaigns across multiple platforms and clients. You’ll play a key role in delivering results-driven campaigns, providing strategic recommendations, and reporting on performance. The ideal candidate will be proactive, analytically strong, and well-versed in digital media platforms.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Implement campaigns across platforms including Google Ads, META, LinkedIn, TikTok, Programmatic and others, according to approved schedules.
- Monitor campaign performance daily, ensuring KPIs and spend levels are on track, and proactively provide optimisations.
- Deliver insightful monthly reports with analysis and recommendations.
- Support the creation of media schedules and maintain accurate chase lists.
- Conduct search analyses including keyword strategies, implementation, and reporting.
- Stay updated with ad capabilities, industry trends, and platform specifications, adjusting strategies and chase lists accordingly.
- Collaborate with media owners and external partners where necessary.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Approximately 3 years of experience in a digital campaign management role.
- Google Ads & META Blueprint certifications are essential.
- Experience with LinkedIn Ads, TikTok Ads, Programmatic advertising.
- Strong numeracy, analytical, organisational, and communication skills.
- Previous experience in a full-service agency environment is advantageous.
