Mid-level Graphic Designer

We are seeking a talented and enthusiastic mid-level Graphic Designer with a passion for digital advertising and a keen eye for detail, to join our growing team. In this role, you will support the design and marketing teams in developing and delivering high quality, visually captivating digital content for our client, as well as for their base of valued clients.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with the head of design and marketing team to bring concepts to life and contribute to the overall creative vision of the company 
  • Work with the design team on the creation of assets for use on multiple channels, campaigns and marketing materials. These include but are not limited social media content, newsletters, print media, in-house collateral and promotional material. 
  • Effectively interpret our clients’ creative briefs to deliver high-quality assets that support their campaign objectives and adhere to provided CI guidelines 
  • Edit, resize and refresh supplied artwork to client specifications 
  • Maintain organised design files and assets for easy accessibility and future reference
  • Stay up to date on relevant design and advertising trends, and find innovative ways to introduce fresh ideas and concepts that elevate creative content 
  • Assist with the development and maintenance of the clients brand identity


  • A relevant qualification or National Diploma in Graphic Design/Visual Communications
  • A minimum of 2 years experience in a graphic design/creative role. 
  • Familiarity with designing for social media and digital platforms, and relevant best practices


  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite - primarily Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Experience in other creative tools will be an advantage - animation, video editing, UX/UI, AI 
  • An all-rounder with a solid foundation of design principles 
  • A strong understanding of typography and an eye for composition
  • Attention to detail with a dedication to maintaining a consistently high standard of artwork produced 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English 
  • An understanding of copywriting for social media is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of print production processes and materials. 
  • Time-management skills, with the ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • A flexible approach, capable of adapting to shifting priorities as needed
  • The ability to work independently, with a high level of personal accountability
