We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role suited to someone analytical, organised, and confident working with data to drive campaign performance and business growth.

Location: Maitland, Cape Town

Working Environment: Hybrid (3 days)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across major digital platforms across Google & Meta
  • Drive performance improvements across CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
  • Manage budgets with precision and efficiency
  • Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
  • Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reports to stakeholders
  • Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices
  • Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure aligned messaging

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 2–5+ years of paid media campaign management experience
  • Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
  • Google Ads
  • Meta Ads Manager

  • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)
  • Google Tag Manager (GTM)
