The Retention Manager is responsible for driving customer loyalty, retention and reactivation across both online and retail channels. This role owns retention strategy, campaign design, customer segmentation and the management of CRM operations, with a strong commercial focus on sustainable growth.

Contract Length: 6-months (go to permanent)

Contract Type: Full-time Contract

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Own and execute retention and reactivation strategies.
  • Drive improvements in customer retention rate and reactivated customer volumes.
  • Increase Average Revenue Per User (ARPU) through targeted engagement strategies.
  • Design and optimise advanced customer segmentation and tiering models.
  • Manage the CRM operations function and associated resources.
  • Own retention campaign planning and oversee execution quality.
  • Manage retention generosity budgets and campaign performance.
  • Act as the voice of the customer across marketing initiatives.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • 3+ years’ experience within the iGaming industry.
  • Proven experience managing people in a retention or CRM environment.
  • CRM and retention campaign strategy.
  • Customer segmentation and tiering.
  • Campaign performance analysis and reporting.
  • Use of AI to enhance campaign planning and insights.
