Linkedin Ads Specialist (Freelance)

You will lead the development and execution of high-impact LinkedIn ad strategies for B2B clients worldwide. You’ll own targeting, content strategies, and media planning while ensuring alignment with client goals, delivering measurable results, and mentoring campaign managers within your squad. This role requires deep LinkedIn Ads expertise, analytical skills, and a client-first mindset.

Retainer: £956 - £1,175 per month

Location: Remote (for a UK Agency)

Working Hours: 20 hours a week

Contract Duration: 6-months

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Strategic Planning & Execution

  • Lead ICP (Ideal Customer Profile) definition and alignment with client strategies.
  • Develop and present targeting and content strategies that drive client objectives.
  • Plan, run, and optimise LinkedIn ad experiments, documenting learnings.
  • Create and maintain a Strategist Playbook of best practices.
  • Oversee conversion tracking and monthly media plans.
  • Write engaging ad copy and brief creative assets.
  • Complete accurate monthly client budget plans.

Performance Monitoring & Insights

  • Conduct weekly performance reviews for each client.
  • Analyse data, report on KPIs, and provide actionable insights.
  • Review and quality-check campaign reports and EOM (End of Month) reporting.
  • Present findings and recommendations to clients and leadership.

Squad Leadership & Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Campaign Managers to ensure strategies are executed effectively.
  • Review campaign reports and guide impactful client communication.
  • Mentor team members, fostering professional growth and alignment with goals.
  • Maintain transparency through tools like Notion.

Reporting & Communication

  • Lead EOM client reporting meetings.
  • Generate ad hoc reports as requested.
  • Partner with Account Managers to ensure exceptional client satisfaction.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in LinkedIn Ads strategy (B2B focus).
  • Strong knowledge of conversion tracking, analytics, and campaign optimisation.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills.
  • Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced environment.
