Senior Performance Marketer

We are seeking a Senior Performance Marketer with deep hands-on paid media expertise and an analytical mindset. This role combines campaign execution, client-facing strategy, and product feedback, operating both as a performance specialist and a power user of Fount’s AI-first platform. You will drive acquisition-focused campaigns for insurance clients while shaping the evolution of Fount’s CDP and AI tooling.

Key Responsibilities:

Performance Marketing Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Lead hands-on performance marketing across Google Ads (non-negotiable) and Meta Ads, managing setup, optimization, scaling, A/B testing, and budget allocation.
  • Build sophisticated micro-campaign architectures tailored to D2C insurance funnels, including keyword strategy, funnel sequencing, audience design, retargeting, and bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, bid caps).
  • Use Fount’s AI-driven platform to analyze full-funnel identity paths (click → lead → call → quote → policy → churn) and make optimization decisions driven by real unit economics (CAC, LTV, quote-to-bind rates).
  • Partner closely with client marketing teams, functioning as an extension of their acquisition org—developing strategies, diagnosing performance, and rapidly scaling winning campaigns.
  • Produce clear, insight-driven performance reports highlighting optimization opportunities and growth levers.
Product SME + Internal Collaboration
  • Act as an internal performance marketing SME, translating real-world campaign insights into feedback that shapes Fount’s CDP, attribution models, identity graph, and AI agent workflows.
  • Champion the Fount platform to client teams—teaching them how to interpret identity-stitched data, navigate the platform, understand attribution, and work with AI-driven insights.
  • Collaborate deeply with product, engineering, and data science to ensure new features match the realities of modern D2C performance marketing workflows.

Techncial Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 5–10 years of hands-on performance marketing experience (exceptional candidates with 4–5 years considered).
  • Strong background in high-scale D2C acquisition campaigns, especially in Google Ads; Meta Ads highly preferred.
  • Ability to execute and troubleshoot complex paid media setups across search, social, programmatic, retargeting, and funnel sequencing.
  • Deep analytical mindset—comfortable assessing CAC, LTV, retention, geography, call outcomes, device splits, and other granular drivers of performance.
  • Experience with marketing technology: CRMs, CDPs, analytics platforms, attribution systems, identity-resolution tools.
  • Ability to switch between high-level strategy and in-the-weeds execution.
  • Strong communication skills, especially in simplifying complex data and AI-generated insights for clients.
  • Comfort in a startup environment—high ownership, urgency, and adaptability
