Key Duties & Responsibilities:

Content Creation & Management:

  • Create and manage engaging content for websites, blogs, social media, email campaigns, and digital ads
  • Ensure all content aligns with brand voice and marketing objectives
  • Collaborate with designers and videographers on multimedia content
  • Maintain content calendars and coordinate timely publication

Social Media Management:

  • Execute and oversee strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, TikTok
  • Run targeted campaigns to drive awareness and engagement
  • Monitor and grow online communities with strategic content
  • Track and optimize based on performance metrics

Digital Advertising & Analytics:

  • Plan and implement paid digital campaigns (e.g. Google Ads, Meta Ads)
  • Analyze KPIs and adjust strategies accordingly
  • Deliver reports with actionable insights

Email Marketing & Automation:

  • Develop and manage email campaigns to nurture leads
  • Improve open and click-through rates through optimization
  • Manage segmentation and subscriber lists

Technical Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or related field
  • Minimum of 4 years’ experience in content creation, digital marketing, and social media management
  • Background in FMCG or property is ideal
  • WordPress or other CMS platforms
  • Social media tools like Planable, Hotsuite, etc.
  • Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite
  • Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (basic design)
  • Soft Skills:
    • Excellent copywriting, editing, and proofreading skills
    • Strong project and time management abilities
    • Collaborative, proactive, and results-driven
    • Creative thinker with strong analytical mindset
