Our client is seeking a highly organised, solutions-driven Senior Traffic Coordinator with a strong background or deep understanding of AV (audio-visual) production to join their dynamic Brand & Marketing team. As one of South Africa’s most innovative banks, our client delivers large-scale, client-centric campaigns across digital, broadcast, AV, in-branch and integrated channels.
In this senior role, you will take ownership of managing and optimising the full workflow of marketing, creative, and AV production projects. You will ensure that all deliverables — including scripts, storyboards, edits, adaptations, digital assets, and final outputs — move efficiently through the creative and production ecosystem. You will play a key role in connecting marketing, creative, digital, AV suppliers, compliance, and other internal teams, ensuring clarity, alignment, and seamless delivery.
This role is ideal for someone with advanced production knowledge, exceptional attention to detail, and experience managing high-volume, multi-format workloads, particularly in fast-paced environments where AV and creative outputs intersect.

Contract Duration: 1 December - 28 February 2026 (high potential to extend based off performance)
Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Workflow & Project Management
- Oversee the end-to-end workflow of all marketing, creative, and AV projects — from brief, to production, to delivery.
- Traffic, prioritise, and allocate work across creative teams, AV partners, motion designers, editors, and external production suppliers.
- Manage schedules, track deadlines, and proactively flag risks, bottlenecks, or resource constraints.
AV Production Oversight- Ensure AV-specific briefs (scripts, edits, storyboards, VO requirements, supers, etc.) are complete and clear before work begins.
- Coordinate feedback loops between creative, marketing, AV teams, editors, and production houses.
- Monitor AV production milestones (rough cuts, fine cuts, approvals, final mix, versions and adaptations).
- Ensure technical requirements (formats, durations, resolutions, usage rights, compliance requirements) are adhered to for all AV assets.
Stakeholder Management- Act as the central liaison between creative, digital, marketing, AV, production houses, legal, compliance, and other internal teams.
- Facilitate alignment between internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure accurate scoping, timelines, and delivery.
Quality & Compliance- Ensure all creative and AV deliverables meet brand CI, tone, quality, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage version control and ensure all assets (including masters and adaptations) follow correct naming conventions and file management processes.
Operational Improvement- Continuously refine workflow and production processes to increase team efficiency.
- Identify operational gaps and propose improvements across creative, AV, and marketing delivery pipelines.
- Provide regular reporting on project progress, team workload, and operational risks to senior stakeholders.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- 5+ years experience in traffic coordination, creative operations, production project management, or studio/agency workflow management.
- Strong background or deep understanding of AV production (e.g., post-production workflows, editing processes, storyboards, usage rights, formats, broadcast/digital outputs).
- Experience working across integrated marketing campaigns, including digital, social, print, AV, motion, and OOH.
- Proven experience managing high-volume workflows in fast-paced, highly regulated or complex environments (financial services experience advantageous).
- Demonstrated ability to work confidently with senior stakeholders, creative leads, AV suppliers, editors, and external production vendors.Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Production, or a related field (preferred).
- Strong working knowledge of project management platforms (Asana, Monday.com, Jira, Trello, or similar).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, After Effects, Illustrator, Photoshop) is a strong advantage, especially for understanding AV and motion workflows.
- Exposure to Figma beneficial (our digital ecosystem is fully built in Figma).
- Experience working with digital asset management or production workflow systems is advantageous.
