We are seeking a highly driven Content & Social Media Manager to own and scale its content and distribution engine from its Cape Town office. This role is responsible for managing social media platforms, podcast production, digital advertising support, and organic content distribution to establish us as a leading name in B2B sales.

Key Duties & Responsibilities
- Social Media & Community Management
- Own and manage TikTok, LinkedIn, and Instagram accounts end-to-end.
- Grow and manage personal LinkedIn profiles of key team members.
- Create original written, visual, and video content aligned with brand voice.
- Edit and publish content from the London office ensuring cross-channel consistency.
- Develop video and static assets for case studies and product launches.
- Edit podcast content (audio and video) using AI-assisted tools.
- Create short-form, platform-optimised clips for distribution.
- Support Meta and LinkedIn paid campaigns (asset creation and monitoring).
- Track and report on content performance metrics.
Technical Requirements & Experience:
- Minimum 3+ years experience in a marketing agency or proven track record of building high-performing content independently.
- Strong understanding of LinkedIn, TikTok, and Instagram performance in a B2B context.
- Experience with AI tools - ChatGPT, Claude, ElevenLabs
- Experience with podcast editing (audio and video).
