Creative Lead
We are seeking a Creative Lead to lead and elevate the output of its in-house creative team across digital, CRM, paid media, and broader omnichannel marketing touchpoints. This role is responsible for creative direction, team leadership, workflow oversight, and raising the overall standard of creative output.

Key Duties & Requirements:
- Lead and manage a team of designers, copywriters, and creative talent.
- Own the quality, consistency, and commercial effectiveness of all creative output.
- Set creative direction, art direction, and messaging frameworks across campaigns and briefs.
- Develop and evolve visual identity systems, design standards, and CI across digital touchpoints.
- Raise the quality of creative across digital channels including web, landing pages, banners, CRM, social, motion, and campaign assets.
- Collaborate closely with CRM, paid media, and marketing teams to align creative with performance outcomes.
- Coach and develop creative talent, building a high-performing and commercially aware creative culture.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- 6-8+ years experience in a senior design, digital design, motion, or creative leadership role.
- Proven experience managing or leading a team of creatives.
- Strong digital-first creative background with excellent visual judgement.
- Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite. Strong working knowledge of Figma.
- Understanding of AI tools and their application in creative production, ideation, and scaling.
