The Marketing Manager will lead the planning, coordination, and delivery of marketing campaigns and content initiatives across our company and its portfolio of international recruitment brands. This role combines strategic coordination with hands-on delivery, requiring strong organisational capability and commercial awareness.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Strategy & Delivery
- Lead development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns across multiple partner brands
- Translate business objectives into structured campaign plans and deliverables
- Coordinate campaign execution across stakeholders and marketing resources
- Oversee creation of high-quality multi-channel content including social media, website, and thought leadership articles
- Maintain consistent tone of voice and brand messaging across all brands
- Manage internal and freelance contributors where required
- Own and manage the group marketing calendar across 17+ brands
- Balance competing priorities and stakeholder requests
- Ensure timely campaign delivery aligned to briefs and objectives
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- 4-7 years experience in marketing, digital marketing, or content-focused roles
- Proven experience managing campaigns across multiple brands or stakeholders
- Strong understanding of B2B marketing environments
- CMS platforms, social media management platforms, analytics and reporting tools
- AI-enabled marketing tools (e.g., ChatGPT, AI content platforms)
