Forecasting & Budgeting Specialist

Key Duties & Responisbilities:

• Budgeting and forecasting: Develop and manage annual budgets and rolling forecasts for revenue, expenses,
• and cash flow.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct in-depth analysis of financial and operational information to identify trends, assess
• performance and evaluate profitability.
• Strategic Support: Support the leadership team to make informed decisions on investments, new projects and
• overall business strategy.
• Financial modelling: Build and maintain financial models to support scenario planning and a wide range of ad-
• hoc analyses.
• Reporting and Visualisation: Assist the Finance team with dashboards and monthly reporting packs.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, Marketing & Credit) to gather data and
• align on business goals.
• Management Accounts: Processing of monthly financial transactions and preparation of monthly management
• accounts.

Technical Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance.
• 2 years of experience in a financial budgeting and forecasting role.
• Proficiency in Excel (advanced level), including financial functions, VBA and pivot tables.
• Working in the lending industry would be advantageous but not critical
