We are looking for a results-driven Paid Media Specialist to take ownership of paid advertising across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok. This is a hands-on role suited to someone analytical, organised, and confident working with data to drive campaign performance and business growth.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Plan, execute, and optimise paid campaigns across Google & Meta
- Drive performance improvements across CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS
- Manage budgets with precision and efficiency
- Conduct A/B testing on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages
- Deliver clear, insight-driven performance reports to stakeholders
- Stay current on platform updates and industry best practices
- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure aligned messaging
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- 2-5+ years of paid media campaign management experience
- Strong understanding of attribution models and conversion tracking
- Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager
- Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio
