The Campaign Manager: Paid Media is responsible for implementing and executing paid digital media campaigns in line with agreed strategies, ensuring they meet and exceed performance targets. This role focuses on day-to-day campaign execution, trafficking, optimisation, stakeholder collaboration, and insightful reporting.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
- Campaign Management & Trafficking
- Implement, optimise, and manage paid digital campaigns across multiple platforms
- Load and traffic campaign creatives accurately and efficiently
- Ensure proper tracking is in place to measure campaign performance
- Maintain and improve best practices in paid media execution
- Manage relationships with vendors, media partners, and third-party reps
- Engage with clients and internal stakeholders on campaign performance and ROI
- Attend client meetings, status updates, and strategy sessions
- Analyse campaign performance and provide actionable insights
- Produce monthly reports with clear optimisation actions
- Maintain and update budget trackers daily
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- 3-5 years experience in digital media / paid media
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Digital Marketing or similar
- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok Ads
- Campaign Manager 360, GA4, Google Tag Manager, Appsflyer
