The Affiliate Manager is responsible for the design, execution, and optimisation of our online affiliate programme — driving customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth within the sports betting division. This includes developing and managing affiliate partnerships, planning and executing acquisition campaigns, analysing performance data, and ensuring alignment with our marketing and growth strategies. The role requires a data-driven, commercially minded marketer who can build trusted affiliate relationships and leverage online channels to grow the brand and customer base.

Main Responsibilities:
- Manage and optimise the affiliate programme to acquire, grow, and retain customers.
- Build strong, lasting relationships with affiliate partners and negotiate deals for digital advertising space.
- Develop and implement multi-channel affiliate initiatives to increase online visibility and brand awareness.
- Partner with affiliates to promote and drive growth through content, offers, and incentives.
- Monitor programme performance, ensuring ROI, customer acquisition, and conversion targets are met.
- Lead the Affiliate Coordinator and oversee the execution of affiliate campaigns.
- Collaborate with the Business Intelligence and Digital Analytics teams to interpret Google and revenue data.
- Develop and execute acquisition campaigns across digital and offline channels.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Oversee creative briefs, campaign execution, and media buying to ensure alignment with objectives.
- Manage budgets and campaign performance within defined timelines and costs.
- Coordinate activation events, sponsorships, and promotions to boost engagement.
- Build and maintain relationships with high-value affiliates and VIP players.
- Conduct regular meetings, events, and engagement activities to strengthen loyalty.
- Identify and onboard new affiliates with strong potential for growth.
- Attend sports events, activations, and networking opportunities to represent Sunbet.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 8 years’ experience in affiliate programme management within the online gaming or sports betting industry.
- Proven track record managing CPA, CPC, CPM, and Revenue Share models.
- Experience managing PPC and Adwords accounts.
- Existing affiliate network within the gaming or betting industry.
- Demonstrated success managing multiple campaigns with varying timelines.
