As one of our first Sales Managers, you will own the full inbound sales cycle — from qualified lead to close — converting warm opportunities into long-term, high-value merchant relationships. You’ll bring structure, insight, and energy to a fast-growing startup, helping to define how our company scales its inbound sales operations. This role requires a consultative seller who thrives in startup environments, collaborates cross-functionally, and drives measurable growth in merchant acquisition.
Retainer: R28,000 (excluding commission)
Location: Cape Town
Contract Duration: 6-months (possibility of extension or perm)

Commission: up to 20% of revenue generated
