Our client is seeking a Performance Analyst to support the digital and business development teams through advanced marketing performance reporting and analysis. The role is heavily focused on Salesforce campaign reporting, campaign influence and ROI measurement, with a strong emphasis on event and webinar campaign performance.

Budget: up to R58,000 per month

Location: Century City, Cape Town

Working Environment: Hybrid (3-days in office)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Build, automate and maintain dashboards and reports across Salesforce and marketing platforms.
  • Track and analyse campaign influence, lead progression and revenue impact.
  • Deliver detailed performance reporting on events, webinars and integrated B2B campaigns.
  • Translate data into clear insights and commercial recommendations.
  • Partner with marketing and sales teams to ensure accurate campaign tracking and data quality.
  • Support ad-hoc analysis and ongoing reporting improvements.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • Degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics or a related field.
  • Experience in a performance, insights or marketing analytics role.
  • Strong Salesforce reporting and campaign influence experience.
  • Experience analysing B2B campaigns.
  • Confidence working with CRM and campaign datasets.
  • Salesforce campaign reporting and dashboards.
  • Marketing and performance analytics tools.
  • Data interpretation and insight generation.
