As the CRM Operations Specialist, this role is responsible for the accurate and efficient execution of CRM campaigns across email, SMS and push notifications. The role supports acquisition, retention and reactivation initiatives by ensuring campaigns are loaded correctly, quality checked thoroughly, and reported on accurately.
Budget: Market-Related
Location: Remote (HQ is based in the Bahamas)
All candidates need to be based in Cape Town (as the client is building out a 'hub')
