We are seeking a a sharp, versatile Copywriter to create compelling, conversion-focused copy across CRM, digital campaigns, landing pages, social media, and broader customer communications.
This role is responsible for translating briefs into clear, engaging, and commercially effective messaging that drives action across multiple channels. The successful candidate will work across sports betting, online casino, and broader digital marketing communications, ensuring consistency of tone, strong creative judgement, and performance-driven messaging.
This is a fast-paced, hands-on writing role suited to a digitally minded copywriter who can balance craft with commercial impact.

Key Duties & Requirements:
- Write engaging short- and long-form copy across CRM, campaigns, landing pages, social media, web content, banners, and promotional materials.
- Translate creative briefs into clear, on-brand, commercially effective messaging tailored to different audiences and channels.
- Develop compelling campaign, promotional, and brand copy across sports betting, online casino, and digital marketing initiatives.
- Produce editorial and blog content that is informative, engaging, and aligned with sports, betting, and gaming topics.
- Craft CRM, social, and performance-driven copy supporting acquisition, retention, and lifecycle marketing.
- Use customer insights, testing results, and behavioural data to improve clarity, engagement, click-through rates, and conversion.
- Ensure consistency in tone of voice, grammar, accuracy, compliance, and brand standards across all written content.
- Collaborate closely with designers, marketers, CRM specialists, and creative leads to deliver integrated campaign outputs.
- Manage multiple briefs and deadlines efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Use AI tools responsibly to support ideation, drafting, and workflow efficiency while maintaining high-quality original writing.
Technical Requirements & Qualifications:
- Relevant tertiary qualification in Copywriting, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, English, Media, or related field.
- 3–5 years’ experience in copywriting, content creation, or digital marketing writing roles.
- Strong digital writing portfolio demonstrating promotional, CRM, social, and editorial copy.
- Experience working in fast-paced, campaign-driven environments.
- Sports betting, gaming, or similarly high-volume promotional industry experience advantageous but not essential.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office Suite).
- Excellent command of written and verbal English.
- Experience writing across CRM, social, web, and performance marketing channels.
- Familiarity with AI writing or ideation tools advantageous.
- Understanding of how copy performance is influenced by testing, audience behaviour, and optimisation insights.
