Digital Designer

We are seeking a Digital Designer to create high-performing, visually compelling digital creative across web, CRM, paid media, and campaign channels. This role is focused on designing customer-facing digital assets that drive attention, improve clarity, and increase conversion across a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. The successful candidate will work across landing pages, banners, CRM assets, social creative, and broader digital campaign execution, with a strong emphasis on UX thinking and conversion-focused design. This is a hands-on creative role in a fast-moving digital business where design directly influences customer behaviour and commercial outcomes.

Key Duties & Requirements:

  • Design landing pages, promotional web pages, and digital campaign microsites.
  • Create display, HTML5, and programmatic banner suites for performance campaigns.
  • Design paid social and organic social media creative across multiple platforms.
  • Develop CRM assets including email newsletters, templates, and lifecycle communications.
  • Produce digital campaign creative across casino, promotional, and broader marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with CRM, paid media, and marketing teams to optimise creative performance based on engagement, click-through, and conversion data.
  • Apply insights from testing, audience response, and campaign performance to improve future design work.
  • Use Figma for UI design, layout development, and collaborative workflows.
  • Use tools such as Bannerflow (or similar platforms) to scale and version digital creative efficiently.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve ideation, workflow efficiency, and production speed.
  • Create motion, animation, and enhanced visual treatments using AI-assisted and digital tools where appropriate.
  • Support selected omnichannel creative outputs including venue, POS, and real-world brand touchpoints where required.

Technical Requirements & Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years’ experience in digital design, graphic design, or related creative role.
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating digital-first, commercially relevant design work.
  • Experience working in fast-paced marketing or performance-driven environments advantageous.
  • Experience in gaming, betting, e-commerce, retail, or promotional industries beneficial but not essential.
  • Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong working knowledge of Figma.
  • Experience with Bannerflow or similar banner production tools highly advantageous.
  • Familiarity with AI creative tools (e.g. Midjourney or similar platforms) beneficial.
  • Understanding of UX/UI principles, hierarchy, and conversion-focused design.
  • Experience designing across web, CRM, display, and social channels.
  • Awareness of how design impacts engagement, behaviour, and conversion metrics.
