Project ManagerCreative Director (Contract)
The Creative Director is responsible for leading the agency’s creative vision and execution across corporate communications campaigns. This role combines strategic thinking, creative leadership, and team mentorship to deliver insight-led, high-impact creative solutions that solve client business challenges.
The position bridges strategy and execution by translating complex organisational and brand messages into compelling narratives, visual concepts, and integrated communication experiences across multiple channels. The Creative Director partners closely with strategy, client service, and content teams while acting as a senior creative advisor to clients.

Working Environment: Hybrid (3 days in office)

Contract Duration: 6 - 12-months (to go permanent)

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
Creative & Strategic Leadership
- Define and lead creative direction across campaigns, brands, and platforms.
- Develop innovative concepts aligned with client objectives and audience insights.
- Maintain high creative standards, brand consistency, and quality across deliverables.
- Monitor industry trends, consumer behaviour, and AI developments impacting creative communications.
Strategic Collaboration
- Partner with strategy, client service, and content teams to translate business goals into creative solutions.
- Contribute to storytelling frameworks, campaign ideation, and messaging architecture.
- Ensure creative output is insight-led and aligned to business strategy.
Campaign & Content Development
- Oversee corporate communications campaigns including:
- Change communication
- Leadership communication
- Culture & engagement initiatives
- Employer branding
- Internal brand launches
- Guide execution across channels including digital, video, events, print, intranet, internal social, social media, OOH, TV, and activations.
Client Partnership & Growth
- Act as senior creative partner to key clients.
- Present and defend creative concepts with clear strategic rationale.
- Lead creative strategy for pitches and new business opportunities.
- Identify and propose proactive growth opportunities within existing accounts.
Quality, Delivery & Operations
- Oversee creative process from concept through final execution.
- Implement workflows that improve efficiency and delivery quality.
- Manage creative resourcing, timelines, and project scope in collaboration with Account Management.
Team Leadership & Development
- Mentor and inspire a multidisciplinary creative team.
- Provide coaching, feedback, and performance guidance.
- Build team capability and maintain consistent creative standards
Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, Advertising, Marketing, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8–12+ years’ experience in creative leadership within an agency, communications consultancy, or corporate communications environment.
- Proven experience managing and mentoring creative teams (ideally 4–6+ people).
- Demonstrated success delivering integrated campaigns from strategy through execution.
- Experience working with large organisations and complex stakeholder environments preferred.
- Adobe Creative Cloud (direction and review of design work)
- Presentation tools (PowerPoint / Keynote)
- Collaboration tools (Slack, Magnetic or similar)
- Working knowledge of AI tools within creative and communications workflows
- Strong multichannel communications understanding (digital, video, events, social, OOH, TV, activations)
