We’re seeking a creative freelance Graphic Designer with digital and motion experience to produce high-quality visuals for fintech, banking, and tech campaigns. This role collaborates with copywriters and marketing teams to deliver cohesive, brand-aligned content for both ad hoc projects and ongoing campaigns.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Design engaging digital assets across multiple channels: emails, SMS, app content, social media, banners, and programmatic ads.
  • Support motion graphics and basic video editing where required for social media or digital campaigns.
  • Collaborate with copywriters and stakeholders to ensure cohesive storytelling and alignment with campaign goals.
  • Use Figma and Adobe Creative Suite to integrate visuals within collaborative workflows.
  • Maintain a consistent brand identity across campaigns and internal creative libraries.
  • Participate in regular team meetings (virtually or on-site) to stay aligned with project objectives.

Technical Skills & Requirements:

  • 5-7 years’ experience as a digital or motion designer; fintech or tech experience a plus.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, branding, layout design, and motion graphics/video editing.
  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality design in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent visual storytelling, creative thinking, and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
  • Figma (essential).
  • Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects or Premiere Pro a plus).
  • Understanding of responsive design and platform constraints.
  • Familiarity with AI design tools (optional, but beneficial).
