You will collaborate cross-functionally, lead a high-performing team, and serve as a senior client contact on all matters related to media investment and value delivery.

Responsibilities:
- Media Investment Strategy
- Develop and implement robust media investment strategies tailored to client goals.
- Ensure campaigns are optimized across traditional and digital media channels to maximize ROI.
Vendor & Budget Management- Lead negotiations with media vendors to secure the best rates, placements, and added value.
- Manage large-scale client media budgets with accountability for financial performance and reporting.
Client & Internal Collaboration- Act as a strategic senior partner to clients, advising on media investment opportunities and optimizations.
- Collaborate closely with planning, buying, and account teams to deliver integrated solutions.
Team Leadership & Development- Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing media investment team.
- Foster a collaborative and growth-driven environment with a focus on upskilling and innovation.
Market Analysis & Reporting- Monitor media landscape trends, inflation, and performance benchmarks.
- Provide actionable performance insights and monthly reporting to clients and global stakeholders.
Experience & Technical Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 8+ years of experience in media buying, planning, or investment roles.
- Proven track record in leading media strategy and managing large-scale campaigns.
- Deep knowledge of both traditional and digital media landscapes.
- Excellent negotiation skills with a history of securing value-driven media deals.
- Strong leadership and team development capabilities.
- Client-facing experience with a strategic advisory approach.
- Proficient in media planning/buying tools and performance analytics platforms.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with media buying and planning platforms
- Understanding of analytics/reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Nielsen, Telmar, etc.)
