Paid Media Specialist (Contract)

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Paid Media Specialist to join their team. The role is focused on planning, executing, and optimising paid advertising campaigns—primarily across Meta (Facebook and Instagram), with Google Ads as a secondary platform. You’ll help drive tangible outcomes for 20+ healthcare clients through strategic media buying and performance-based optimisation.

Budget: $1 976 - $2 356 per month

Contract Duration: Rolling 12-month contract (full-time)

Location: Remote - Working for an Australian Health Solutions company

Working Hours: 7am - 3pm

Start date: ASAP

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop, execute, and manage paid media strategies across Meta platforms, with additional support across Google Ads as needed
  • Continuously test and optimise creatives, ad copy, targeting, and funnel steps to enhance campaign performance
  • Set up and manage conversion tracking, and deliver clear weekly performance reporting

Experience & Technical Skills Required:

  • 1–2+ years hands-on experience managing Meta Ads campaigns (essential)
  • Bonus experience with Google Ads
  • Strong grasp of acquisition funnels, lead generation, audience segmentation, and direct-response tactics
